DIETARY SUPPLEMENT
The EYY Urinary System Support is designed to help relief symptoms of incontenance and other urinary system related issues such as stress incontinence and nocturia. The formula includes pumpkin seed extract to reduce signs of an overactive bladder. Soybean extract is used in the formula to help promote estrogen activity. Other ingredients such as chasteberry help support perimenopause symptoms.

- Cucurbita pepo seed Extract dry concentrate 400mg equiv. Equivalent: Cucurbita pepo (Dry) 8g
- Glycine max seed Extract dry concentrate 30mg Equivalent: Glycine max (Fresh) 3.25g
- Lactobacillus acidophilus 5 Billion CFU
- Lactobacillus jensenii 5 Billion CFU
- Vitex Agnus-Castus (Chasteberry) 50mg Dry 500mg
- Magnesium amino acid chelate (magnesium 15 mg) 75 mg
- Retinol acetate 50.3 micrograms. equiv to Vitamin A 43.75 micrograms RE
- d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 1.7mg
- Folic acid 99mcg
- Nicotinic acid 30mg

DOSAGE:
Take 2 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
