• Lysine Hydrochloride Equiv. L-Lysine 300mg
• Hydroxyapatite 68.75mg Equiv. Calcium 20mg
• Vitamin D3 1mg D3 Equiv. Colecalciferol 100IU
• Zinc Gluconate 25mg Equiv. Zinc 3mg
• Glutamine 10mg Glycine 10mg
• Fructooligosaccharides Powder 50mg
• Magnesium Oxide Heavy 60mg Equiv. Magnesium 35mg

DOSAGE:
Children 6-8 years take 1 capsule daily, 9-14 years take 2 capsules daily; Adolescents 15-28 years and adults take 3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Recommended Usage Open the capsule and put the powder in water or milk for use. Please take with meal.
